WILL DIAGNOSIS EVER RULE THE THE WORLD OR TRUMP IMPEACHMENT?

Mental illness is at an all time high! I believe that society has grown negligent in this area aiding in mental health awareness just my opinion due to low performance in mental health assessments. There are a great number of Individuals  who suffer from one or more mental disorders and in cases as this where the patient has a diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders associated with other mental illness for example a child that has Autism, but also has ADHD,Bipolar, and Schizophrenia what is the likelihood of individual being properly assessed if they only assessed for a specific illness. When the individual has several mental illnesses that are complex should a doctor treat only the specific and not the whole spectrum of illnesses within the patient ? Where's the help for society.
